Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - 8hr Shift Opportunity

This role focuses on repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-speed manufacturing, blow molding (EBM/SBM), and packaging equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production with minimal downtime. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, support production teams, and assist with installing and upgrading automated and robotic systems in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities/

Qualifications:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on blow molders, conveyors, packers, and other high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using tools such as multimeters, PLC interfaces, and standard hand tools.
• Support production teams by setting up machines, assisting with changeovers, and minimizing equipment downtime to maintain high production efficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical position within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Completion of a relevant technical school program or apprenticeship in a mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatics and hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience working with 480V 3-phase power and electrical systems in industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including blow molding and packaging machinery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $79040.00/yr. Health benefits, 401k, incentives, and quarterly bonuses.
