Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver and collect patient meal trays
* Set up tray line stations and follow portion control guidelines
* Prepare salads, sandwiches, desserts, and restock floor refrigerators as needed
* Set up beverage carts and assist with special events as assigned
* Follow diet extensions and food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination
* Clean kitchen areas and sanitize equipment according to policy
* Sort, store, and handle utensils, food, and supplies properly
* Operate dish room station; record dishwasher temperatures
* Ensure work areas are clean and organized before breaks and at the end of the shift
* Adjust to changing assignments and complete tasks within designated time frames
* Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
* Prior food service experience helpful
* Basic knowledge of cleaning and food production equipment preferred
* Ability to read and write in English
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

Salary Range
Starting from USD $25.59/Hr.
