Facility Support Attendant; Day Shift

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Daytime hours (shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

About the Role:
Professional Building Services is seeking individuals to provide daytime facility support within active commercial environments. This position focuses on maintaining the overall condition, cleanliness, and usability of shared spaces while buildings are occupied.

You will be present during business operations, helping ensure the environment remains orderly, stocked, and presentable throughout the day.

Daily Functions:

• Perform continuous upkeep of high-traffic areas during operating hours
• Address immediate facility needs as they arise (spills, debris, restocking, etc.)
• Maintain restroom readiness and supply levels
• Support general building presentation, including entryways and common areas
• Assist with waste removal and light cleaning duties as needed
• Identify and communicate any facility concerns or irregularities

What We're Looking For:

• Self-directed and able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision
• Comfortable working in environments with regular foot traffic
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift (walking, standing, light lifting)
• Previous janitorial or facility support experience is helpful, but not required

Employment Requirements:

Successful completion of a background screening, consistent with applicable laws
Verification of work authorization (E-Verify employer)
