DNAM Brands is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Cleaner to help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at our Beverly Hills headquarters.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in creating a welcoming and productive workplace. This role is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of office spaces, common areas, break rooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for employees and guests.
ResponsibilitiesWe are an open space suite with two offices, two restrooms, and one break room.
- Trash & Recycling: Emptying all waste bins, wiping down receptacles & replacing liners.
- Surface Cleaning & Disenfecting: Dusting and sanitizing desks, tables, keyboards, and high-touch areas like light switches and doorknobs.
- Floor: Thoroughly vacuuming all carpets, sweeping, and mopping.
- Break Room & Kitchen Maintenance: Wiping down countertops, cleaning microwaves and refrigerators, cleaning kitchen utilities in the dishwasher, and sanitizing floor/tables.
- Restroom Maintenance: Take out trash, clean toilets and floor, and maintain surface and floor area clean, restock/replenish toilet paper and supplies as needed.
- Empty all office trash and recycling bins, wipe down receptacles, and replace liners as needed.
- Dust and disinfect desks, tables, keyboards, and other office furniture.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces including light switches, door handles, handrails, and shared equipment.
- Thoroughly vacuum carpeted areas and sweep and mop hard flooring throughout the office.
- Clean and maintain conference rooms, reception areas, and other shared spaces.
- Keep the break room and kitchen clean by:
- Wiping down countertops, tables, cabinets, and sinks.
- Cleaning microwaves, refrigerators, and other kitchen appliances.
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher and cleaning kitchen utensils as needed.
- Sanitizing floors and dining areas.
- Maintain restrooms by:
- Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Emptying restroom trash.
- Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom supplies.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
- Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
$20 an hour
Monday – Friday, 4 hours a day shift, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
