• Provide dispatch and dispatch support for a growing crew of technicians, scheduling & workflow planning.
• Provide top notch phone customer service skills to both technicians and customers including inquiries, scheduling, following up, and participating in conflict resolution if necessary.
• Provide input to optimizing daily workflows, attend scheduling meetings weekly.
• Provide any reporting requested from our software system Build Ops.
• Be a team player and collaborate on assignments as needed.
• Provide support to the front office with phones and purchase orders as needed, providing coverage if needed.
• Maintain a healthy service rapport with technicians.
• Assist with maintenance contract entries, modifications, and materials lists.
• Assist with quotes when needed.
• Assist with planning service events & meetings.
• Assist with company swag ordering and organizing.

• 1–2 years experience working in dispatch or similar role preferred.
• Effective & appropriate communication skills both written and verbal.
• Multitasking a must.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications and open to tackling new technology.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry a plus.
• Must be available to work 6:30am–3:30pm.
