Role Description  The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in  BIHAR & JHARKHAND , responsible for overseeing overall business operations and driving sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing production and supply chain activities, ensuring consistent product quality, and coordinating with procurement and logistics to maintain efficient workflows. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, monitoring key operational and financial metrics, and implementing process improvements.

The General Manager will collaborate with sales and marketing to align business strategy with market needs, maintain strong relationships with farmers and partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. This position also requires preparing reports for senior leadership, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

✔️ M.Sc. in Agriculture (Preferred)
✔️ MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
✔️ 10+ years of sales experience (Cattle Feed Industry preferred)
