Performs landscape maintenance including irrigation systems;
Performs routine to moderately complex maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors;
Assists with the installation, repair, and maintenance of hospital equipment and systems;
Responds to emergency maintenance requests and provides immediate assistance to resolve the issue;
Works independently or under the supervision of a facilities management leader
