HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

* Performs mechanical repairs and maintenance to assigned areas.

* Operates HVAC equipment including remote auxiliary equipment.

* Takes frequent readings on all gauges on all property equipment and refrigeration equipment and maintain logs.

* Checks all air handling units once per week and programming A/C schedules for all meeting rooms daily.

* Performs all maintenance including preventive maintenance.

* Responds to all emergency conditions.

* Assists General Maintenance on technical problems.

* Assists the manager in emergency situations.

* Performs preventive maintenance to all equipment and record history in log.

* Orders and receives materials related to area and maintain orderly inventory.

* Familiarizes self with and completes all paperwork associated with preventive maintenance program.

* Maintains good housekeeping practices in shop and work areas.

* Assists in other areas in repairs.

* Maintains knowledge of property information and memorabilia.

* Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
