Asset Living is hiring a Porter to assist in the maintenance processes of our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. The role requires regular on-site presence, basic computer skills, and a focus on timely responses to resident requests.
Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and common areas, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, and participating in an on-call schedule. A high school diploma and knowledge of OSHA guidelines are expected.
