Location: City of Binghamton
Conifer Realty in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for affordable housing. You’ll supervise a maintenance team, oversee work orders, ensure safety, and support resident services in our properties.
Requires 5+ years of residential maintenance, HVAC cert, strong plumbing/electrical skills, and familiarity with budgets and vendor management. On-call rotation included; sign-on bonus of 1,500 paid over first year.
