• Input data for the Maintenance module in SAP on a daily basis.
• Write customized reports in SAP as needed.
• Maintain Maintenance Document Control data and training records.
• Resolve all SAP PM module issues for Mobile.
• Maintain safety as the highest priority and abide by INEOS safety policies.
• Abide by the INEOS “20 Principles of Safety” and promote “Coaching for Safety” and “Stop Work.”
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Complete annual training schedule requirements.
• Promote and maintain ISO 9000 within assigned areas.
• Identify and implement cost reduction ideas to reduce plant expenditures.
• Collect and enter daily time sheets for Maintenance Department hourly employees into SAP.
• Collect and enter completed work orders into SAP.
• Run cost settlement for SAP PM orders ensuring all orders settle for Mobile.
• Code work orders for variable costs and capital expenditures.
• Order adequate office supplies for the Maintenance Department and supervise.
• Reconcile department purchasing cards in purchasing card system.
• Provide Finance Department with custom detail cost reports for audits.
• Enter service entries into SAP for invoices and approve invoices in Esker.
• Enter data for new and modified Equipment Master Records and Preventive Maintenance Plans in SAP.
• Provide training to plant employees on SAP software.
• Provide troubleshooting support to Mobile Plant and Pasadena Plant for SAP PM Module software.
• Create and format customized reports within SAP.
• Create and maintain table data in SAP PM module.
• Maintain Maintenance Department’s Document Control files.
• Maintain training records for the Maintenance Department.
• Update and maintain departmental data on personal computer.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports within required time frames.
• Provide clerical support services for the Maintenance Department.

• High School‑level education or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data entry and custom report writing within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Minimum 60‑wpm typing proficiency.
• Proficient in advanced mathematical calculations.
• Technical skills in a chemical environment helpful but not required.
• Professional communication skills in person, by telephone and in written correspondence.
• Proficiency with personal computer, calculator, multi‑line telephone, copier, printer, scanner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Teams, SharePoint), PDF Xchange, SAP.
• Familiarity with PI Data Historian, Training Mine, Ten Force, SharePoint, Esker.

Sedentary work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Mainly sedentary with occasional walking and standing.
