We provide premium restroom trailer services for festivals, concerts, sporting events, weddings, construction projects, disaster response operations, and other temporary facilities. The Mobile Restroom Operations Specialist is responsible for the delivery, setup, servicing, maintenance, and operation of luxury restroom trailers and related sanitation equipment. This role requires a dependable, hands‑on professional who can work efficiently in the field while ensuring restroom facilities remain clean, operational, and ready to meet client expectations.

Team members play a critical role in supporting event operations, maintaining sanitation standards, and delivering a premium customer experience across a variety of environments.

Deliver, position, and set up restroom trailers at event venues, job sites, and customer locations

Connect and monitor water, waste, and power systems as required

Ensure trailers are fully operational, clean, stocked, and client‑ready

Assist with trailer breakdown, removal, and post‑event recovery

Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and preventative maintenance of restroom trailers

Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs or operational concerns

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs when appropriate

Report major repair needs or equipment deficiencies to management

Assist with transportation, loading, unloading, and staging of trailers and related equipment

Support inventory tracking for restroom supplies, chemicals, and operational materials

Maintain accountability for company assets and equipment

Ensure equipment is properly stored and prepared for future deployments

Interact professionally with clients, event organizers, venue personnel, and site contacts

Respond to service requests and operational concerns in a timely manner

Maintain a positive and solution‑oriented attitude while representing the company in the field

Support premium guest experiences through cleanliness, reliability, and attention to detail

Follow company safety standards, sanitation procedures, and operational guidelines

Maintain reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Ensure compliance with all company policies and service expectations

Promote accountability, quality workmanship, and operational excellence

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in sanitation services, trailer operations, facilities maintenance, logistics, or related field preferred

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends

Willingness to travel frequently to event sites and customer locations

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Starting at $20 per hour

This position requires frequent travel to event venues, customer locations, company facilities, and service sites throughout the region, along with flexibility to support nights, weekends, and emergency deployments as needed.
