InProduction is seeking General Laborers for their Birmingham, Alabama location. These individuals will play a key role in cleaning, preparing, and maintaining rental equipment for live events. The ideal candidates are diligent, hardworking, and committed to safety and teamwork, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work overtime occasionally
• Able to read and understand safety instructions

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work
