Facility Janitor

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Facility Janitor in Birmingham, AL 35214.

The Facility Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility and company property.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep shop floors and empty shop trash cans.
• Mop the break room, locker room, and office at least weekly.
• Clean and lightly detail company trucks by removing trash and preparing them for new drivers.
• Pick up trash throughout the yard and parking lot.
• Perform other general cleaning and janitorial duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 am.

Pay rate: $18.00/hour paid bi-weekly.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Transportation:
  Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability:
  Must be available to start as soon as possible.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• Experience in Janitorial or Sanitation Services.
