Shift supervisor, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Position Details

• Full‑time Shift Supervisor – immediate opening.
• Location:
  
  Princeton Baptist Hospital – 701 Princeton Avenue SW, Birmingham, AL 35211 (online applications only).
• Schedule:
  
  5:00 AM‑1:30 PM, 5:00 AM‑6:30 PM, or 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM; days may vary (details upon interview).
• Required:
  
  Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Serve as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage setting goals for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
