Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at our Birmingham multifamily property. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks, respond to work orders, and help keep buildings, grounds, and resident amenities safe and appealing.
This hands-on role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.
