Conduct routine visual inspections of premises, equipment, and building systems to identify maintenance and repair needs;
Provide assistance with fleet maintenance and upkeep activities;
Perform basic building system repairs and general facility maintenance, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and ensuring proper waste disposal;
Set up and break down conference rooms, arranging tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment as required;
Respond promptly and effectively to various service calls, such as addressing locked drawers, broken file cabinets, non-functioning lights, broken handles, and leaking faucets
