Two Coast Living in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups and cleaning to meet company standards.
The role reports to the Maintenance and Property Management teams and is based onsite at 150 Summit, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call weekends.
