As our Area Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our hotel properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing all maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Managing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Supervising and coordinating with on-site maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborating with hotel management to address maintenance needs and priorities.

We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, with a mandatory background in hotel maintenance .
