Maintenance Inventory Coordinator

• Maintain a computerized work order system that schedules work orders to all mechanics
• Track history of work performed, by whom, completion time, and action taken
• Enter transactions tracking the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts
• Maintain daily records supporting the Preventive Maintenance System for critical equipment
• Evaluate and upgrade the Preventive Maintenance System continually
• Conduct cycle counts of spare parts and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets, forms, documentation, email, and paperwork files
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics in finding parts
• Maintain the Parts Cage in a neat and orderly fashion
• Drive to pick up parts as needed
• Evaluate inventory levels and originate purchase requisitions and purchase orders to vendors for parts and services
• Perform other tasks assigned by the EAM Planner/Scheduler, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Manager

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with PC based maintenance management systems is a strong plus
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment is a strong plus
• Knowledge of electrical instrumentation is a strong plus
• Knowledge of mechanical integrity is a strong plus
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance is a strong plus
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Excellent oral/written communication
• Strong PC skills utilizing MS Office/internet
• Must be able to identify and report any food safety and food security concerns
• Ability to drive to pick up parts as needed

Demonstrates expertise in maintaining computerized work order systems and preventive maintenance processes, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in tracking inventory levels, generating reports, and utilizing PC-based maintenance management systems.
