Janitor – responsible for performing all‑purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas within a building or multiple client sites. Tasks are flexible and may vary based on client specifications.

Pay: $15.00 / hour

• Empty and clean waste containers, cleanse with damp wipe.
• Empty and clean ash trays; monitor sand urn supplies and replenish as needed.
• Dust image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings.
• Damp dust all ceiling and air‑conditioner diffusers, partition grilles, register vents, and other ventilating louvers.
• Vacuum mats and carpeted areas in workplace, lobbies, and corridors.
• Dust and clean office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and all other flat surfaces.
• Wipe, clean, and buff metal hardware fixtures and bright work.
• Appropriately clean and polish tile floors as required.
• Damp wipe and buff glass furnishings.
• Clean entry door glass on both interior and exterior surfaces.
• Remove stains from vertical surfaces such as door frames and around light switches; clean private entry glass and dividers.
• Wash, clean, and sterilize water coolers.
• Sweep private stairways and vacuum if carpeted.
• Clean building floors by sweeping and mopping.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms.

• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a janitorial position.
