• Daily cleaning
• Maintenance of buildings, equipment, systems, and grounds
• Regularly inspect buildings and equipment to identify and address potential issues
• Plumbing to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems
• Use carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
• Pay attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked

• Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical skills
• Ability to work independently and also with a variety of departments and people
