This position reports to:
Technical Training Manager

Are you interested in transport, warehousing, and administration and are an organizational talent? Can you work well with others and are looking for a practical vocational training? Then the training to become a warehouse worker at Busch-Jaeger is just right for you!

• Duration of vocational training: 2 years
• Start with an introductory event for mutual acquaintance
• Transmission of basic competencies for your successful training
• Theoretical model at the vocational school (learning)
• Practical phases with self-directed tasks and projects in the company (application)
• Good basis for your future professional and career development
• Later fields of activity at Busch-Jaeger are among others in the goods reception, in the warehouse management or in the area of shipping and logistics

• At least the main school leaving certificate
• Good grades in mathematics, German, and English would be helpful
• Responsibility and commitment to your goals
• Perseverance, team and communication skills

During your vocational training, you will receive a monthly training allowance: already in the 1st training year over 1,200.00€ gross, which continuously increases in the following years. Further benefits are for example holiday money, Christmas money and in most locations a subsidized canteen.

As a contact person you have a team that advises and supports you in your training. Through various events you are closely networked from the beginning with other trainees and Busch-Jaeger colleagues. The training and the cooperation at Busch-Jaeger are cosmopolitan, collegial and on an equal footing.

In addition to the training, you can further qualify yourself linguistically and personally through additional offers, for example during a period abroad.
