Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facilities safe, attractive and well maintained. You will respond to maintenance requests, assist with fire and life safety drills, and ensure timely repairs while caring for residents with compassion.
Responsibilities include routine maintenance, grounds upkeep, and basic repairs to keep interiors neat and safe. Strong attendance and communication with staff and residents are essential.
