As a Maintenance Tech with Enable, Inc, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. Your primary goal will be to keep our operations running efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment, and be able to quickly assess and address maintenance needs as they arise.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
* Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
* Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Completing repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality
* Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
* Collaborating with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and priorities## Qualifications To be successful as a Maintenance Tech at Enable, Inc, you must possess strong communication skills, have a proactive mindset, and be willing to continually learn and adapt to new challenges. Must be able to clear a background check as defined by regulations and policies. A valid driver's license and good driving record as defined by Enable, Inc's policy.

Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
