Maid That Cleaning is looking for reliable two-person cleaning teams for residential cleaning jobs throughout Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln.
We provide the clients and handle the scheduling — you focus on cleaning and providing great service.
What We Offer
$30–$35 per cleaning hour, per cleaner
$60–$70 per cleaning hour, for a two person team
100% of client tips
Consistent cleaning opportunities

How Pay Works
Standard and deep cleans are paid per job based on estimated time. Finish early while meeting quality standards, and you still receive the full pay.
Example: A 4-hour job pays $120. Finish in 3.5 hours and you still earn $120 — about $34/hour.
Move-in/move-out, post-construction, and hourly cleans pay $30/hour.

Must apply as a two-person cleaning team
Cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable and professional
Strong attention to detail
Able to work efficiently as a team
Availability Monday–Friday between 8 AM–6 PM
Must be 18+
