Late Night Housekeeping Worker - Dietrick

Job Description

The Housekeeping Worker maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including floor maintenance, furniture cleaning, and supply replenishment. The worker promptly reports facility repair needs, manages non‑routine cleaning tasks for special events, and ensures adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment and chemicals. The worker also maintains outdoor cleanliness by clearing snow, removing trash, and sweeping sidewalks.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with a diverse group of employees, students, and visitors at a large university campus.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial cleaning methods and equipment.

• Experience cleaning institutional, domestic, or commercial areas.
• Previous customer service experience.

Pay Band: 1

Overtime Status:
Non-Exempt, eligible for overtime.

Appointment Type:
Regular

Salary: $33,280 per year plus $4,160 per year shift differential.

Hours per week: 40

Work schedule:

Late night/overnight position.

Additional Information:
Successful candidate requires a criminal conviction check.
