Maintenance Mechanic II

Job Summary and Qualifications1. Repairs electrical circuits.
2. Trouble shooting defective power, lighting and control systems.
3. Installs new services.
4. Completes required documentations.
5. Adheres to all Codes requirements.
6. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
7. Performs assigned area sweeps.
8. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Required – High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred - 1
-2 years on job training
EXPERIENCE
Required – Minimum 2 years experience as a painter, vinyl installer, or general mechanic.
Preferred – Minimum 2 years previous experience in a commercial environment.

Required
- Valid active VA driving license. Must not exceed license points as outlined in the company's Driver Safety Policy.
