Job Description
To attend to housekeeping needs that are both routine and non-routine in nature in order to achieve a prescribed level of sanitation, cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of all assigned residence halls and act as a liaison between upper level management and housekeeping workers. Assume supervisors duties in their absence and assists housekeeping supervisor by leading and directing housekeeping workers in the performance of their duties.
Required Qualifications- Considerable experience of cleaning methods, techniques, cleaning equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge and experience with safety practices related to work.
- Demonstrated ability to direct and lead the work of others, ability to make independent decisions and judgments in absence of the supervisor.
- Capable of developing a good working relationship with workers, students, and professional staff.
- Ability to follow and explain both written and oral instructions.
- High School graduation or equivalent.

Additional InformationWork Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm and as needed for good customer service.
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record.
