Janitorial​/Grounds Technician

Full Time. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Travel Percentage:
Up to 10%.Address:

• Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help create a positive living experience for residents.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Enjoys working indoors and outdoors.
• Takes pride in quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

• Predictable schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an on‑call rotation (not constant nights and weekends).
• 30 days off in your first year.
• Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour plus overtime and bonus potential.
• Benefits begin within 30 days. Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage starts the first of the month after your hire date. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days.
• Retirement contributions: CHP automatically contributes 3% to your 403(b) and matches an additional 2% of your contributions for a total employer contribution of up to 5%.
