- Janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Prepare apartments for new residents.
- Maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Help create a positive living experience for residents.
