Maintenance Technician - WorldMark Blaine

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure optimal quality and efficient operation.

• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Conduct maintenance work for make‑ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement for general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape, including trash removal and general landscaping tasks.
• Inspect building systems, clean, and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Temporary and/or seasonal associates are ineligible for Paid Time Off.

Generally starting at $19.50 - $19.52 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
