Salary Range: $24.00 To $28.00 Hourly

Position Overview

Grand View Lodge is looking for a skilled, organized Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across both the resort property and our portfolio of managed units. You'll oversee a maintenance team, coordinate and inspect work across a wide range of trades, and serve as a key operational partner to the Maintenance Manager; keeping our facilities safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to manage people, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced resort environment.

  • Support maintenance operations across both the Grand View Lodge resort and our portfolio of managed units; coordinating schedules, tracking work orders, and ensuring each property is maintained to the same high standard.

  • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for managed unit owners and resort department heads; communicating repair status, timelines, and recommendations with clarity and care.
  • Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and when necessary discipline or terminate maintenance team members; build a reliable, skilled team that takes pride in their work.
  • Order and manage inventory of supplies, parts, and equipment; maintain accurate stock records and ensure the shop, vehicles, and tools are organized and operational.
