Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Machinist C - 2nd shift located in Blaine, MN
Responsibilities- Determine sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications and work orders.
- Maintain specifications by inspecting parts and adjusting offsets.
- Ability to run auto CMM for inspection.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of SPC if applicable to part number.
- Ensure operation of the equipment by following all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) instructions.
- Complete production and quality logs.
- Maintain fluid levels on machines, including coolant, spindle and hydraulic fluids.
- Maintain chip removal and area housekeeping with 5S and Safety Procedures. Maintain required safety practices for operation and notify Lead or Supervisor immediately of equipment problems.
- Perform other duties, including assignments to higher or lower classification jobs as assigned.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Relevant job experience related to machining operations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Self‑motivated and self‑directed.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to fulfill business requirements.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
Competitive Compensation Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule- The hourly pay for this position is $24.78 per hour with the ability to earn up to $28.72.
