Maintain the building's physical appearance and ensure functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;
Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as necessary;

Keep engineering storerooms and work areas clean and organized; store tools and parts properly;
Operate tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
