Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

As part of the Reliability and Maintenance organization, the Predictive Maintenance (PDM) team plays a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and lowering reactive maintenance costs.
In this role, you will contribute directly to a proactive maintenance culture by using advanced monitoring technologies and working closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
The Role & Your ImpactAs a PDM Technician, you will support and strengthen the site's predictive and preventative maintenance programs. The role is operational and analytical, focused on collecting, analyzing, and acting on equipment condition data to improve reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:Collecting predictive maintenance data using vibration, ultrasound, oil analysis, and thermography tools
Analyzing data and generating notifications for repair of critical machinery
Maintaining lubrication programs through proper oil storage, transfer, filtration, and greasing techniques
Supporting documentation and reporting of PDM program achievements
Collaborating with operations and maintenance to schedule and maintain equipment
Ensuring PDM activities align with Reliability and Maintenance department priorities
Actively identifying opportunities to expand and improve the PDM program
Performing work in compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
Previous experience with CMMS systems
Previous experience with PDM software and data analysis
Working knowledge of rotating machinery, bearings, motors, and laser alignment
Basic equipment troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of detailed and assembly drawings
Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
Good communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a well organized, self motivated manner
Physical ability to move around the plant, including climbing ladders and stairs
A hands on role with direct impact on site reliability and maintenance performance

Expected salary range: $32-$36/hr
