About the RoleWe are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician to strengthen our site’s predictive and preventative maintenance programs. In this position, you will collect, analyze, and act on equipment condition data to improve reliability and maintenance effectiveness, working closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collect predictive maintenance data using vibration, ultrasound, oil analysis, and thermography tools.
- Analyze data and generate notifications for repair of critical machinery.
- Maintain lubrication programs through proper oil storage, transfer, filtration, and greasing techniques.
- Support documentation and reporting of PDM program achievements.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to schedule and maintain equipment.
- Ensure PDM activities align with Reliability and Maintenance department priorities.
- Actively identify opportunities to expand and improve the PDM program.
- Perform work in compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience with CMMS systems.
- Previous experience with PDM software and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of rotating machinery, bearings, motors, and laser alignment.
- Basic equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of detailed and assembly drawings.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a well‑organized, self‑motivated manner.
- Physical ability to move around the plant, including climbing ladders and stairs.
Expected salary range: $32‑$36 per hour
- 401(k) – up to 9% company contribution.
