Job Description

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Teammembermust be able to work and direct personnel in ateam-orientedandsafetyconscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures. Expectation of task completion to range from task completion with minimal supervision to task completion with ability to direct other team members”,reliant upon assigned tasks and employee’sdevelopment. Expectation of task completion to range from task completion with direct supervision to task completion without supervision, reliant upon assigned tasks and employee’sdevelopment.
  
  This position requires constant supervision and follow-up.
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, and snow blowers
• Perform preventive maintenance on associated equipment, which is to be performed within established standards.
• Maintain adherence to work schedule and work overtime, weekends,holidays,and shifts as required.
• Assistin some maintenance,railroad,and groundwork such as (mowing, trimming,landscaping,and snow removal).
• Mow and edge lawns using power mowers and edgers.
• Shovel snow from walks,driveways,and parking lots, and spread salt in those areas.
• Assistin formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in all associated operations
• Must have working knowledge and be trained tooperatethe following: boom lifts, forklifts, and hand & power tools.
• “Effectively” communicate withsupervisorandcustomertoaccomplishassigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.
• Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required bydemandsof the job.
• Maintain communication with supervisorregardingunresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
• Work all shifts including holidays and weekends whendemandedby the job.
• Perform other work as defined bycompanyand/or customer.
• Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
• Communications with all team members toassistthe development ofshort- and long-range planning inassist ofthe company’s goals and objectives
• Meetphysicalrequirements of the job. Physical requirementsofthe job will be provided to you prior to employment.
• Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
• Accurate andtimelyadministrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
• Mustmaintainpositive customer and employee relations.
