Biggs Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team to support and maintain the integrity and functionality of our Fox Run, Meadow Lark, Meadow View, and Greenbriar communities! As the lifeblood that keeps the property running smoothly, the maintenance technician's role is crucial in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents.

Characteristics of the maintenance tech we hire:

• Proven experience in a maintenance position with a portfolio of general handy work.
• Own set of tools and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to adapt to various job conditions and respond to emergency calls.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills, with a keen eye for safety and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear expression.
• Ability to make sound decisions and exhibit initiative in undertaking new responsibilities and challenges.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
