Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks. Help with snow removal as needed.

• $18.00 - $21.00 an hour
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make ready / turning units in between tenants
• Painting/staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior maintenance as needed
• Assisting with maintaining the grounds (trash pick-up/dumpsters)
• Snow removal (when needed)
• Pool maintenance (when needed)

• 1+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal (electric)
• Previous HVAC experience/ certification preferred but not required

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening. Valid driver’s license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
