Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain equipment at customer facilities in the Chicago area. The role requires troubleshooting, training customers, and building strong service relationships while coordinating with R&D, Software and Quality teams.
You will perform start-up testing, routine maintenance, and respond to service needs with a focus on safety and quality. The position follows a Friday–Sunday schedule with travel to customer sites as needed.
