ESS Clean is hiring a Full-Time Janitor to support multiple customer locations throughout the Bloomington-Normal area.

Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time

If you're someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces, and likes working independently, we'd love to meet you. This position travels between local client facilities each day, helping ensure every location receives the high-quality service ESS Clean is known for.

• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and other common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to promote a clean and healthy environment
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks at multiple facilities each shift
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues
• Represent ESS Clean with professionalism and excellent customer service

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation & good driving record
• Comfortable traveling between client locations during the workday
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but paid training is provided
