Part-Time Janitorial Team Member

ESS Clean is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Janitorial Team Members. In this role, you'll help keep commercial buildings looking clean, safe, and professional for the employees and customers who use them every day. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for part-time work with a consistent schedule that can fit around school, another job, family, or other commitments.

Pay: $15.75–$16.75 per hour

Schedule:

Part-Time | Various Weekday & Evening Schedules Available

Part-time positions are available at several locations, with schedules that may include:

• Weekday shifts
• Monday-Friday opportunities
• Afternoon and evening hours
• Various shift lengths depending on the location

Schedules vary by account and location. We'll review the specific hours available with you during the hiring process.

You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of an assigned commercial facility. Typical duties include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common areas
• Wiping down desks, counters, doors, and other surfaces
• Removing trash and recycling
• Replenishing restroom and cleaning supplies
• Cleaning entrances, glass, and other high-visibility areas
• Following site-specific cleaning instructions and checklists
• Notifying your supervisor about maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs
• Maintaining a clean and professional environment for our customers

The right person for this position is someone who:

• Can be counted on to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts
• Takes pride in completing work thoroughly
• Can work independently and stay on task
• Is comfortable performing physical work throughout a shift
• Can stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as needed
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Is willing to learn and follow cleaning and safety procedures

Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but it's not required. Training is provided.
