ESS Clean, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cleaners for locations in the Bloomington Normal, Illinois, area.

• Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM — approximately 15 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM–8:30 PM — approximately 12.5 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 PM start — approximately 3 hours per shift / 9 hours per week
• Tuesday & Friday: 5:30 PM start — approximately 3 hours per shift / 6 hours per week

One of our positions focuses on floor care (including carpet care, staircases, mopping, and maintaining hard-surface floors). If you like physical work, don't mind staying active, and enjoy being able to see the results of what you've accomplished, this could be a great assignment for you.
Experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person!

Your exact responsibilities will depend on your assigned location, but typical assignments include things like:

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, classrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning entry areas and interior glass
• Restocking paper products and other supplies
• Following site-specific cleaning and safety procedures
• Completing assigned work within your scheduled shift
• Communicating with a supervisor if something needs attention

Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it isn't required -- we'll train you! We're looking for people who:

• Are dependable and can consistently work a predictable schedule
• Can work independently and stay on task
• Pay attention to details and take pride in their work
• Are comfortable staying active throughout the shift
• Can follow cleaning procedures and site-specific expectations
• Communicate when they have a question or need assistance
