As Maintenance Supervisor
, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and additional responsibilities.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance upon schedule.
• Owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
