As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Clean all areas of the facility (for example, floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the company environmental sustainability program.

Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring they are rotated, stored properly, and reordered as needed.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
