Ferrero is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Bloomington, Indiana plant. The role plans, coordinates and supervises maintenance activities to keep equipment running and ensure a safe, productive operation.
You will lead maintenance technicians, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with production, quality and engineering teams. 3+ years of supervision and strong mechanical/electrical skills are required; automation experience is a plus.
