Specific duties for this Maintenance Assistant position include:

As Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for residents and staff through a standardized program of preventative maintenance to ensure optimum performance and appearance of all buildings, grounds, systems and equipment.

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who has the heart to serve with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional outcomes and a high degree of resident satisfaction. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population.

Specific qualifications for this role include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• A minimum of one year of maintenance experience.
