Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our France 98 location in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community, including routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and supervising contract work.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $32/hr, along with health insurance options, a 401K plan, and educational assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of maintenance experience and relevant certifications.
