- Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues
- Deliver onsite and remote technical support with fast response times
- Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
- Manage service cases from assignment through resolution
- Maintain detailed service documentation and reports
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve product quality and performance
- Support customer visits, testing (FAT), and lab activities
- 2–4 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and control systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Hands‑on experience with tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and customer‑facing experience
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel internationally
- Passport eligibility (no restrictions)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in industrial environments
